The breakfast here is amazing with a wide variety of delicious foods and the staff are extremely helpful.

Basic amenities are available in the room such as tea/coffee & even biscuit. Staff spoke good english. Located in commercial area with a supermarket & shops nearby. Near Motoway as well.

Its location within walking distance of La Galerie was good...

Situated in an industrial park therefore not a pretty location, this hotel is Ideal to freshen up & relax after a long trip with easy access to the A9 motorway, the buffet evening meal/breakfast is good value, the room was adequate & clean.

Hotel restrant staff was very bad attitude.

Reception and food service people were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy hotel. Good service, but the personal on the reception do not speak english, however I had no problems with the night gard who helped me with my lugage and booked a taxi for me early in the morning. The rooms are clean and tidy however the price is a bit high for two stars hotel.

My stay was charged twice, once my credit card was charged and in the morning I have paid cash the same ammount of money.

As it happens, I was having trouble with my car and the hotel is conveniently close to a number of garages so I was able to fix the problem. Otherwise I would have said that the hotel is rather too close to industrial estates for other than business travellers. But it is fine for a quick stopover

No lift to the upper floors.

This spot is fantastic and full of charm, conveniently situated near the city center, airport, and a forest nearby.

The reception and eating area looked nice.

The room was not up to hotel standards in my opinion. We had to kick open the door to the room as it was swollen at the bottom. There was a small entry with a dirty looking mat. Some of the skirting boards were pealing from the base of the wall. Room was small but appeared clean. Too close to a motorway and as room was not sound proofed at all, decided not to stay the night there.

Good price, decent hot shower, comfy bed. Staff were courteous.
